These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter known as “T&C”) apply to the entire contents of this website and mobile device offering under the domain names www.learnpolishwithweronika.com, (known as the “Website”, “Company” or “WSHH”), and to all contracts entered into by purchasing our courses and to any correspondence between us and you (hereinafter known as the User). Please read these terms with understanding before using this Website. Using this Website shows that the User accepts these terms regardless of whether or not the User buys any courses, products, or other materials from us. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Website. This Website and all of its content, including but not limited to, all text, images, audio, video, and other media are owned and copyrighted by “Learn Polish with Weronika” (a brand name of WSHH Services LTD) or have been purchased from a third party who owns the copyright. These T&Cs are applicable in equal measure to both complimentary and non-complimentary offers from the Website. The T&C may be updated or amended at any time, and the T&C will include a date of revision at the top of the document.
1.2 Please note that the T&C contains a mandatory arbitration of disputes provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes in certain circumstances, rather than jury trials or class action lawsuits. The User and the Company each agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a Class, Consolidated or Representative Action. The User and the WSHH both waive any right to a jury trial.
1.3 This legal notice and T&C shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or connected with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts under Cypriot law.
1.4 The T&C constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Company and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Company concerning the Website. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will apply when you use or purchase the Company’s services and products.
1.5 The failure of WSHH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
2.1. The Services provided by WSHH allow users to access and use a variety of educational services, including learning or practising a language. Company may, with sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect or all of the Service, temporarily or permanently.
2.2. By accessing any part of this Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted this legal notice in full. WSHH reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to: modify or discontinue the Website with or without notice; limit the Website’s availability to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose; charge fees in connection with the use of the website; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Website; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Website. 3.1.9. not reproduce or store any part of this Website in any other website or include any part of this Website in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission from WSHH.
3.2. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation text, photographs and graphics) are owned by WSHH or its licensors. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates. You are also advised that WSHH will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. All trademarks of WSHH indicated on the Website are trademarks of WSHH in the Republic of Cyprus. Without the prior consent of WSHH, you agree not to display or use in any manner the ‘LearnPolishwithWeronika.com’ or WSHH trademarks. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
3.3. The User agrees not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Website and/or its servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WSHH grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. WSHH reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. The User agrees not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, which includes account names, from the Website, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Website (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. The User agrees not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any Users with respect to their content. In all use of the Website and all associated services, website and mobile and/or tablet applications, the User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.1. In connection with registering for and using the Service, you agree:
4.1.1. to provide accurate, current and complete information about you and/or your organisation as requested by the Website;
4.1.2. to use a sufficiently secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account and not provide access to any third party; As soon as you become aware or should have been become aware that access to his password has been obtained by a third party, he must change the password immediately.
4.1.3. to maintain and promptly update any registration information you provide to the Website, to keep such information accurate, current and complete;

As a condition of submitting any ratings, reviews, information, data, text, photographs, audio clips, audiovisual works, translations, flashcards or other materials on the Services (“Content”), the User hereby grants to WSHH a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, merge, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, incorporate such Content into other works; sublicense through multiple tiers the Content, and acknowledge that this licence cannot be terminated by you once your Content is submitted to the Services.
4.2.3. You represent that you own or have secured all legal rights necessary for the Content submitted by you to be used by you, WSHH, and others as described and otherwise contemplated in the T&C.
4.2.4. The User understands that other users will have access to the Content and that neither they nor WSHH have any obligation to you or anyone else to maintain the confidentiality of the Content.
4.2.5. WSHH shall have no obligations with respect to any user submitted content.
4.2.6. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:
4.2.6.1. that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
4.2.6.2. for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
4.2.6.3. which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or

4.4. Access to the WSHH or LearnPolishwithWeronika.com Community on Telegram is entirely at the discretion of WSHH. Any User of the WSHH Community or other parts of the Website is required to act within the terms and conditions and the guidelines provided.
4.4.1. Any User conduct deemed in breach of the terms and conditions, WSHH Community guidelines or general appropriateness may result in a ban from the WSHH Community or other parts of the Website.
4.4.2. User conduct warranting a ban from the WSHH Community or other parts of the Website is solely at the discretion of WSHH.
4.4.3. A ban from WSHH due to behavioural breaches represents a breach of the terms and conditions of this contract and voids any applicable refunds. Users may still be able to access all other elements of the courses that they have purchased, within the stated duration.
5.1. Within the course section of the Website, the User will find an overview of the paid courses that can be bought by the User. By purchasing a course, the user receives access to learning content and courses for either a specified duration and within the framework of the respective course for the entire contract lifetime and in accordance with meeting the payments of a subscription licence.
5.1.1 Lifetime access to the course means that once full payment has been completed, you will retain access to the course materials (videos, PDFs, and exercises in their non-supported form) for as long as the course is offered by WSHH.
5.2. Any paid services, insofar as prices are quoted on the Website, are understood to include any applicable statutory VAT, whether added additionally at checkout or for the VAT to be included in the total price. An Individual student may be VAT exempt if they reside outside the European Union or have a right to be VAT exempt as a business individual. If the student is a business client, they may provide a valid VAT number at checkout.
5.3. You may not subscribe to a payment schedule if you are under 18 years of age or prohibited from using our service under the laws of the country in which you are resident.
5.4. The billing type, price and contract lifetime are each listed as part of the ordering process and are fully summarised before completion of the order.
5.5. Course access is provided upon payment and the start date of the contract term being the date the course is purchased.
5.6. Subscription contracts (or installments) have a start date of the date of purchase and either a set duration or an unlimited duration with a specified, periodical payment date.
5.7. If a student follows an automated Payment Schedule with installments like for example a 3-installment payment plan, with each installment set at for example $46, the payments will occur on the same day every month based on the date of your initial enrollment.
Due Dates:
– First installment: Upon initial enrollment
– Second installment: One month after the initial payment
– Third installment: Two months after the initial payment
No further installments will be charged according to the agreement.
5.7.1 Access to the Course:
If the first installment is paid upon enrollment, full access to the course will be granted. If the second installment is not paid by its due date, access will be temporarily suspended.
5.7.2. Grace Period and Installments
Students have a grace period of up to 3 months to complete payment of the second and third installments if a payment fails on the scheduled due date.
Example:
A student signs up for a course on 16/01 and agrees to pay $87 on 16/01, 16/02, and 16/03 in order to maintain lifetime access.
5.7.2.1 Loss of Access:
If the second and third installments are not received within the 3-month period, access to the course will be suspended. Non-payment without any communication will result in the unenrollment and cancellation of the subscription.
5.7.2.2 Re-enrollment:
If students wish to enrol again in the future, they will need to do so as if they were enrolling for the first time.
5.7.2.3 Communication:
If difficulties arise or delays in payments are foreseen, students should contact LearnPolishWithWeronika.com at help@learnpolishwithweronika.com as soon as possible.
The company appreciates your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this installment payment policy. The company’s goal is to provide quality education and support for all students.
5.8. Access to LearnPolishwithWeronika.com courses, communities, or other elements of the Website is provided for the duration of the course purchased.
For lifetime purchases, “lifetime access” means access to the purchased course materials (videos, PDFs, and non-supported exercises) for as long as the course is made available by LearnPolishwithWeronika.com.
5.9. By selecting a subscription-based course, the User agrees to periodic charging through the selected payment method at the selected time periods (e.g. monthly subscription has monthly charge periods).
5.10. Subscription Plans and Split Payments
The subscription plan to our Services consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges (e.g., monthly installments) as agreed to by you at checkout and explained in clause 5.7.2. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all recurring charges until the payment plan is completed or properly cancelled.

5.12. Updating Payment Details
For security reasons, WSHH cannot view, access, or input your card details on your behalf. Your payment information is confidential and can only be updated by you directly.
5.13. Single Payments/One-off Payments provide access to single or multiple courses for the duration outlined in the purchase. This may be X amount of months or lifetime. At the point of purchase, your contract term will initiate and after the stated duration, your contract will end and your access to WSHH will expire.
5.14. Lifetime packages provide access to the stated courses for the duration of their availability. Lifetime refers explicitly to the duration of the product(s) included in the Lifetime package, at the point of purchase. If one or more of the products expire or are closed in any way WSHH is not required to replace the product with a like-for-like product. Access to any equivalent or replacement product is explicitly at the discretion of WSHH. Access to the WSHH Community under the lifetime package is for the duration of the availability of the WSHH Community. Any student with a Lifetime package providing access to the WSHH Community can invalidate their access to the community under these terms by acting outside the contractual agreement, guidelines of the WSHH Community or be otherwise in breach of behavioural standards as defined by WSHH. Any decision regarding behavioural appropriateness/breaches is explicitly, solely and finally at the discretion of WSHH.
5.15. Submitting Recordings and Tutor Feedback (Support / VIP Packages)
If you purchase a course that includes voice recording or tutor feedback (the Support / VIP package), please note the following conditions:
6.1. User cancellation and termination rights are carried out in line with Consumer Contract Regulations.
6.2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
6.2.2. Users who purchased directly through learnpolishwithweronika.com may cancel any purchase of a course within 14 days, and receive a full refund.
6.3. Some products are non-refundable, such as digital downloads, level tests, or other digital products. If a digital product is non-refundable, that is always stated on the page. No refunds are granted due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they’re downloaded. This is in accordance with the EU Law "Guarantees and returns". 6.4. If you purchase a course or a product on the Website, that has the 14-day money-back guarantee, you have exactly 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund when applicable. For example, if you purchased a course on April 1st at 9 P.M., you can request a full refund until the 15th of April by 9 P.M. We must receive your email by that time.
To initiate a refund, please email us at help@learnpolishwithweronika.com within the specified 14-day period.
Refunds will only be processed if you have completed no more than 10% of the course or product content and have not downloaded any summaries or PDFs. Completing more than this threshold disqualifies you from the money-back guarantee. You are also ineligible for a refund if you submit any exercises that require manual feedback from the tutor, such as voice recordings for pronunciation checks or written assignments.
6.4.2. If your payment was made in installments (e.g., a subscription), and you request a refund after the 14-day period, we will cancel any remaining installments, but we can’t refund you.
Example: You purchased the course in 3 installments on April 1st but decided you want a refund on April 17th. Only the remaining 2 installments will be canceled. A refund of the first installment won’t be possible, since you exceeded the 14-day time period. Please note that refund requests made after the 14-day period or for courses where more than 10% of the content has been completed will not be honored.
6.4.3. Refund Policy and Restrictions on Subsequent Purchases
Each student is eligible to request a refund only once, regardless of how many courses or products they plan to purchase in the future. If a student requests a refund within 14 days of their first purchase, this will be granted as long as they have not completed more than 10% of the course and have not downloaded any materials. In this case, WSHH Services Ltd will issue a full refund, including card or PayPal fees and transfer fees, at the company’s expense.
However, if the student decides to repurchase the same course or part of it after receiving a refund and later requests a second refund, they will no longer qualify for a refund. This is considered abuse of the policy.
Courses are digital products, which by law are non-refundable, and the company offers a 14-day money-back guarantee only for the first purchase. If a student seeks a second refund for a repurchased course, WSHH Services Ltd will consider the refund request invalid and will not process any further refunds. The student will be blocked from making future purchases.
This policy is in place to prevent abuse and to comply with legal requirements, including those concerning money laundering.
6.4.4.
As mentioned in the point 6.3 Digital downloads and digital products sold on our website fall under the online digital content category in EU regulations, which by law classify as non-refundable once downloaded or streamed, and by law, you lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance. However, as an act of courtesy, we offer this 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure that all our students have enough time to assess the course content before making a commitment. This gesture comes with the risk of students downloading all the materials and then requesting a refund, but we believe it's essential to prioritize your satisfaction and confidence in the course. We, as a company registered in the European Union, won't be able to issue any refunds post the 14-day Money-Back Guarantee, under no circumstance. 6.4.5.
Promotion and Refund Policy
During the Christmas promotion, clients who purchase the A1 (Part 1) or A1 (Part 1 & 2) course with support will receive the A1+ E-Book "W jedną stronę do Wrocławia" for free. If suspicious behaviour is detected—such as purchasing a course, downloading the e-book, and initiating a refund shortly thereafter—€10.99 (or the equivalent in another currency) will be deducted from the refund as the e-book's value.
6.5.
Refund Policy and Student Responsibilities
Refunds will only be processed if you have completed no more than 10% of the course or product content and have not downloaded any summaries or PDFs. Completion beyond this threshold disqualifies you from the money-back guarantee. You are also ineligible for a refund if you submit any exercises that require manual feedback from the tutor, such as voice recordings for pronunciation checks or written assignments.
By enrolling in the course and ticking the Terms & Conditions box upon purchase, you acknowledge and accept all of these terms.
If you purchase the version of the course that includes 6 months of tutor support, it is your responsibility to complete and submit all assignments requiring manual feedback within that six-month window. If you wish to extend access to tutor-checked exercises beyond that period, you may do so by purchasing an additional subscription. Otherwise, after six months, your access will be automatically shifted to the lifetime version of the course, which does not include tutor-reviewed assignments.
Please note: it is not our responsibility whether you opened the course, had time, or were able to start during the support period. Responsibility to Create an Account and Refund Timeframe

Payment Methods and Authorization
By adding a payment method to your account, you authorize WSHH SERVICES LTD to charge that payment method for the full amount due for any services, products, or subscriptions you have selected. You agree that if your primary payment method is declined or cannot be charged for any reason, WSHH SERVICES LTD may charge any other payment method associated with your account, including any additional cards you have added.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that valid payment methods are available in your account and that you maintain accurate billing information (~clause 5.7.2). WSHH Services LTD will notify you of any failed payment attempts, and you agree that WSHH Services LTD may take appropriate actions to collect due amounts, including attempting to charge other available payment methods.
If all payment methods associated with your account fail, your account may be suspended or terminated at our discretion until the outstanding balance is resolved.
6.6. B2C Transactions and Refund Eligibility
Please note that refunds are only applicable to B2C (business-to-consumer) transactions. If the purchase was made under B2B (business-to-business) terms, it is non-refundable. B2B transactions are not covered under the 14-day money-back guarantee or any other consumer protection regulations. By purchasing a product or service under B2B terms, you acknowledge that no refund will be issued.
7.1. Payment can be made through any of the payment methods detailed on the Website at no additional charge. As part of the payment process, we commission an external payment service provider to process the payment data entered by the User.
7.2. After selecting the desired payment system, the User enters his required data in the appropriate data fields. The commissioned payment service provider is entitled to receive payments for the Website. We reserve the right to restrict the payment systems offered.
7.3. Courses can also be claimed by redeeming a matching coupon. When services are purchased through coupons, they are solely available for the limited period of time determined by the coupon. There may be further obligation to pay a full balance or provide payment details on ongoing subscriptions.
7.4. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Website must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Website at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.
7.5. All financial transactions made in connection with the Website will be processed by a third party in accordance with their respective terms of use, privacy policy, and/or any applicable payment terms and conditions. We encourage you to learn about the practices of such third parties. In no event will WSHH be responsible for the actions or inactions of any third party payment processor, including, but not limited to, system downtime or payment service outages.
8.1. WSHH, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), and any of the LearnPolishWithWeronika.com affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort [including without limitation negligence], contract or otherwise) in connection with this Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website, any websites linked to this Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website. 8.3. The internet services required for the use of the Website and the necessary equipment are the sole responsibility of the User with regard to the costs incurred, the availability and the security of the data connection.
8.4. The Provider expressly does not guarantee that the services offered are suitable for the specific goals pursued by the individual user. Learnpolishwithweronika.com does not guarantee any specific results that you may achieve through the use of the Website. Everybody’s learning journey is different and results may differ for each individual.
9.1. The Website may only be used in accordance with these T&C. In particular, Users are not authorised to:
9.1.1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Website and course content within;
9.1.2. Circumvent protective measures that the provider or its licensors use to protect content that is accessible via the Website;
9.1.3. To copy, store, edit derivative works made by WSHH, to develop derivative works based on them, or to modify them in any way;
9.1.4. To lease their own user account or to grant sub-licences;
9.1.5. Sharing one’s own user account with other persons and / or granting others access to the paid services of the Website (so-called “shared account”);
9.1.6. Use the Website in any other improper manner that violates these T&C.
9.2. In the case described in 9.1, as well as in all other cases of improper use, the User agrees to indemnify the provider.
9.3. The User agrees:
9.3.1. not to modify any part of the Website, except with the express and prior written consent of WSHH;
9.3.2. not to download or copy any account information for the benefit of any other party;
9.3.3. not to collect or make any use of any product listings, descriptions or prices; not to resell or make any commercial use of the Website or its contents; not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the Website for any commercial purpose without express written consent of WSHH; not to use any meta tags or any other “hidden tag” utilising the LearnPolishwithWeronika.com name or any LearnPolishwithWeronika.com trademarks without the express written consent of WSHH.
9.4. The User agrees not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website or any associated websites and/or tablet and/or mobile applications or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the Website’s use.
9.5.
