❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer live (private) lessons?
No, we don’t. We’re not a traditional school - we’re a self-paced learning platform. All our lessons are pre-recorded so you can study anytime, at your own pace. If you’d like personalized feedback on your written homework and voice recordings, choose a version with support. This option lets you submit your work and get tailored feedback from our tutors, as well as ask grammar and pronunciation questions.

What’s the difference between “support” and “no-support” packages?
If you choose a package without support, you’ll study completely independently — you won’t have access to the extra exercises we check Monday to Friday for 6 months, nor the option to ask grammar questions.

With support, our tutors will:

  • Check and correct your homework (written and voice notes)
  • Answer your grammar questions
  • Provide guidance for 6 months from the day of purchase

The support fee covers our time and personalized feedback to help you progress faster and with confidence.

I want to pass the B1 state exam for residency or citizenship. What should I do?
If you’re starting from scratch, plan for 1.5–2.5 years of study (less if you already know another Slavic language).
Start with the A1 Bundle with support. It includes 34 hours of video lessons and assignments that you’ll submit for feedback. We recommend at least 3 hours of study per week - this will help you finish the A1 program in about 6 months.
Once you complete A1, continue with A2 Support and then B1 Support.

By the end of all three programs (about 70 hours of video lessons total), you’ll have a strong command of Polish grammar and vocabulary, and a clear understanding of the B1 exam structure.
At that point, we recommend hiring a private tutor to work on your individual mistakes and refine your speaking before taking the state exam.
