Yes. If you have a question about something covered in the course, you can leave it in the comments directly under the relevant lesson, and a tutor will get back to you within 5 business days. BASIC does not include individual feedback on your speaking or written assignments — that's included with VIP. So if you're happy to work through the program independently and only need occasional clarification, BASIC may be enough. If you want a tutor to check the Polish you're producing, correct your mistakes and give you personalised feedback, VIP is the better choice.

Yes. Speaking doesn't begin when you magically become "ready." It needs to be practised as you learn. Throughout the course, you'll work on pronunciation, sentence building and producing Polish yourself rather than only recognising correct answers. With VIP, selected exercises allow you to record and submit your Polish. A real tutor then checks your work and gives you personalised feedback so you know what you're doing well and what needs correcting.

Yes. VIP includes 6 months of additional course-related tutor support, available Monday to Friday. Meanwhile BASIC students can comment under the lessons and ask questions — our VIP students have lifetime access to our private Telegram group, where a teacher answers the next working day, and you can also always email us. No. Your 6-month support period begins on the date of purchase. During those six months, you can submit the included speaking and written assignments for tutor feedback and use the additional VIP support included with your package. We don't offer free extensions, so if you choose VIP, we recommend purchasing when you're ready to begin learning. If life gets in the way and you need additional time later, you can purchase another support period separately. Your lifetime access to the core course itself is not affected when your VIP support ends.

We'll email you approximately one month before your support period expires so you have time to submit any remaining assignments. After 182 days from purchase, your access automatically continues as the lifetime version of the course. The course follows the exam format step by step: reading, listening, grammar, writing (letters, announcements, reviews, essays) and speaking (monologues and describing an illustration). You'll learn the tricks to complete exam tasks correctly by spotting sentence patterns, and you'll finish with a full mock exam based on a real past exam (November 2023). That said, it's a self-paced course, so no one can promise you'll pass – we can't assess your speaking or correct your individual mistakes.
