Why Polish matters at work
Relocation brings people to Poland. Polish makes them stay.
Most international specialists in Poland use English in the office. Outside it, they need Polish – to book a doctor's appointment, read a letter from the landlord, sort things out at the bank or simply chat with colleagues over lunch.
Employees who can manage everyday life feel at home faster, join in more with their Polish teams and are more likely to stay. A Polish language course is one of the simplest ways to support your foreign hires after relocation – and a benefit they use every day.
I'm Weronika, a native Polish speaker from Wrocław with a postgraduate degree in Teaching Polish as a Second and Foreign Language from Vistula University in Warsaw. I've taught Polish for more than 10 years, and over 300,000 people follow my free Polish lessons on social media. I made four self-paced video courses that take learners from zero to B1, explained in clear English and built around real situations from life in Poland.

Student reviews
What my students say
Excellent · 4.9 out of 5 based on 102 reviews on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)Extremely happy with this course
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)Extremely happy with this course, everything I expected and more. This isn't any ordinary course you would sign up to and give up on after a few weeks because you're bored and you aren't actually learning anything. From the first video I watched I was learning the foundations of the language that I hadn't come across in over 4 months of previous studying by myself. Every lesson builds on the previous one making your polish skills stronger with every video you watch. The vocabulary and grammar are very well explained and are consistently reviewed which helps it stick in your head without you even realising until you come to use it! I went in expecting a standard course of videos but there is much more to it than that, Weronika provides extra resources like flashcards, interactive exercises and voice recordings for study outside of the course. I was wary about the price of the course but it is worth every penny and more, I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn the polish language 100%!
Surprisingly good and effective
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)I am really surprised at how good this is. I have tried for years to learn Polish, and frankly sessions with the tutor just left me confused and frustrated. Weronika gives clear and simple explanations, followed with examples, and this has somehow allowed me to understand concepts which I could not previously grasp. I have also realised that this method of learning is more effective, as it allows one to do a little every day. The lessons are split into manageble sized videos, so it is not too daunting. Most of them appear to be between 15 and 25 minutes, so doing 1 or 2 seems like not such a big task, and of course you can repeat them if you feel that you need more practice. I am quite early on in the course, but already it has given me the confidence to start using the language for simple everyday tasks, rather than just asking if someone speaks English. I recommend this, even for people like me who have no talent in learning languages.
Weronika is a fantastic teacher!
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)Weronika is a fantastic teacher, and her course is designed in a manner that has made learning Polish fun, engaging, and an overall wonderful experience for me. If you are learning Polish from scratch like myself, I highly recommend you purchase her "Zero to Hero" course.
Teacher to teacher
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)As a language teacher myself I can detect Weronika's professional didactical structure and appreciate that she doesn`t gloss over grammar but explains it logically with hidden repetition and motivating tasks. The course is comprehensive, enjoyable and enables quick success. I'm really looking forward to my next visit to Poland to order some ham!
I bought these lessons two years before…
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)I bought these lessons two years before I moved to Poland permanently, but I didn't have the chance to use them often because I was busy with work. When I moved to Poland this January, I enrolled in a university Polish language course. Although the classes were helpful, I struggled to understand many things because the grammar was difficult. After the course ended, I remembered that I had Weronika's lessons. When I started using them again, everything made much more sense. Her explanations were so clear that I could easily understand every lesson, and learning Polish became much easier for me.
I have just completed the first 10…
Read on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab)I have just completed the first 10 lessons and I can honestly say that I feel confident that i can walk into a shop in Poland and order myself some food and drinks, with the add on of being polite when asking for it. I think Weronika method of repetition plus new words after every chapter realy helps to sink in the learning structure. Rather than decorating formulas or ways of saying something, you actually learn how to communicate. Obviously you need to put effort on expanding your vocabulary to suit your needs, but thats why we have dictionaries for it. I know how to order coffe and wine for example, but if perhaps fancy an orange juice, i just need to find the relative words for it, but the structure of how to ask for it remains the same. So far, im extremely happy with it, only learning around my personal commitments but still making progress. I highly recommend the course!!!
FAQ
Questions from HR teams
Can HR see how employees are progressing?
Yes. Every month the HR contact receives a progress report by email: who has started, how many lessons each person has completed and who may need a reminder.
How much does it cost?
You pay once per seat – no subscription, and access is lifetime. The price per seat depends on the size of the team and the mix of Basic and VIP seats. Tell us about your team and we'll send you a quote.
Do employees get a certificate?
Yes. After completing each course, every employee receives a certificate of completion.
Is the Polish course taught in English?
Yes. A1 and A2 explain every new word and grammar point in clear English, starting from zero. The B1 course is taught 100% in Polish, in the format of the B1 State Exam.
How do employees practise speaking?
With the voice exercises, audio sentences and dialogues in every course – at their own pace, so nobody has to fit Polish classes into a project schedule. With VIP seats, our tutors check written and voice homework and answer grammar questions for 6 months, Monday to Friday.
How do we know which level each employee needs?
Every employee can take our free Polish level test (about 10 minutes per part). Most international hires are complete beginners and start with the A1 Polish course – Part 1.
Can employees from different levels join the same package?
Yes. Each person gets the course for their own level – A1, A2 or B1 – so beginners and more advanced colleagues learn in one package, without waiting for a group of the same level.
How long does it take to learn Polish to a basic level?
The complete A1 level is 34 hours of video lessons. With about 3 hours of study a week, most learners finish A1 in around 6 months – enough for everyday situations like shopping, the doctor or small talk with colleagues.
What happens when an employee leaves the company?
Access is lifetime and personal, so the employee keeps it. That is part of what makes the course a real benefit for your people, not only a training cost.
How does the company pay?
You receive one quote and one invoice for the whole team, issued by WSHH Services Limited (EU VAT registered).
